Specifications and Product Details:

1.Brief product description and product advantages

1)Equipment outer dimensions: in case of six running ways: (L×W×H) 4,260×1,650×2,420(mm); in case of eight running ways: (L×W×H) 5,070×1,500×2,420(mm)

2) In-line X-ray fluorescent multi-element analyzer is one kind of in-line instrument used to analyze the contents of elements in the ore pulp in an industrial production process on a real-time basis.

3)The working state is stable, with a high analyzing accuracy and a good reliability. It is easy for operation and convenient for maintenance. The software interface is friendly and humanized.

2.Detailed product description

Without the complicated sample processing, the analyzer conducts slurry analysis and detection directly, rapidly giving the analytical result, and is able to participate in and guide the automatic control of the production process. It is used in non-ferrous, metallurgy, redressing, cement and chemical industries etc.

1) Real-time nature: The X-ray fluorescent analyzers found on the market are mostly “offline” laboratory analyzers. The few individuals applied in the field are “bypass” instruments requiring a process with a series of complicated sample pretreatments like sampling, drying, screening, grinding, sample making, etc, it takes several hours before a measurement result can be obtained, and the data results have a great time lag. This product only takes 1~3 minutes to finish the measurement to a running way.

2) Reliability; The use of normal temperature semiconductor detector (silicon PIN), which has the same energy resolution as that of a silicon lithium drift semiconductor detector under liquid nitrogen, evades the liquid nitrogen cooling device necessary for the silicon lithium drift semiconductor detector in an imported multi-element analyzer, resulting in a substantial reduction in the maintenance intensity and securing the safety of operators. The meter is stable and reliable in long-term field operation.

3)Representativeness: It is a rationally designed measuring device with the ore pulp having a good flowability and evenly mixed in the measuring pool. The measurement results accurately reflect the true condition of ore pulp.

4) Adaptability: The measurement is not influenced by such field factors as concentration, particle size, bubble, speed, lamination, etc. It is adaptable to those industrial fields with complicated and severe conditions.

5)Novel nuclear electronic technology and nuclear energy spectrum analyzing technology are developed, being able to conduct a comprehensive analysis and processing to the complicated energy spectrums generated by multiple elements being excited and eliminating mutual interferences among different elements.

6) The product can conduct in-line measurement to ore pulp elements in multiple ways. One meter can analyze the ore pulp in a maximum of 12 running ways.

7)7. Element kinds that can be analyzed: all elements with the atomic number above 20, analyzed element content range: 100%~0.001%;

8)Relative error; 0.5%~10%; (the relative error corresponding to content 100% is 0.5%, and that corresponding to content 0.001% is 10%).
