Control console

It is one of the key equipments of remote control device. It includes computer-operated type and switch-operated type.

Function:

Managing valve's start & stop;

Indicating working state of controlled valve;

Monitoring operation of hydraulic pump station (start, stop and alarm);

Monitoring other associated equipments.

Hydraulic pump station

Function:

Providing 8.5~12MPa hydraulic power to device;

Matching two sets spair oil pump units each other;

Pump delivery: 4.8~6.2L / min;

Low level alarm for oil tank;

High & low oil pressure alarm;

Auto-overfill at over oil pressure;

10~16L accumulators

Solenoid box

The solenoid valve box consists of valve block assembly, solenoid divert valve, pressure gauge, emergency valve block, non-return valve, quick joint, pressure switch (optional) and opening position indicator (optional), etc. Control console controls solenoid valve to change oil line, it opens and closes hydraulic valve by hydraulic actuator.

When remote control function is invalid, it can carry out emergent operation to each valve by connecting with quick joints on manual pump and emergent block.

Emergent manual pump

This device can be used to start or stop single valve during the emergent circs, such as power failure.
