Humidity Chamber is double walled, inner made of Stainless Steel, outer made of thick best quality Mild Steel, the surface of which is powder coated. Insulation between inner and outer wall is done with glass wool to prevent any heal loss. Provided with double door, inner made of thick transparent full view glass and outer door is double walled metallic properly insulated with glass wool and also provided with best quality handle, gasket etc. Whole unit is mounted on castor wheels. Temperature range is from ambient to 60°C and is controlled by Dual Display Microprocessor PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller. Heating is done with ISI mark strip type healers placed around the inner chamber. Air circulation fan is provided to maintain stability throughout Humidity will be maintained up to 95% and humidity is generated by a stainless steel tank and is controlled with the help of Imported Humidistat and is indicated by Hygrometer.
