DXMS-200C high temperature hysteresigraph test system is fully automatic computer controlled,used for measurements of magnetic parameters for permanent magnetic materials at different temperatures.It fully conforms to the national standard GB/T 3217-92, and the international standard IEC404-5 measurement requirements.

Measured using an electromagnet to magnetize the samples and to achieve quasi-static scanning method, which is not only important and also essential for measurements of the magnetic properties of magnetic materials for the purpose of the measurement process by slowly increasing the amount of magnetizing current to make the magnetic flux variation dΦ/dt constant, so as to avoid generating eddy current and the phase angle between the magnetic field and the magnetic polarization in the measurement process.

The measuring device used data collection techniques for measurement of the hysteresis loop of magnetic material, and then calculate from the definition all the magnetic parameters, access to high repeatability and accuracy, as can be measured from the coercivity of the data shows.

Another most important feature of DXMS-200C is the use of H + flux meter at high magnetic field to replace guass meter measuring the magnetic field, applied to measurements of high coercivity magnets (such as NdFeB, etc.), the purpose is to overcome the disadvantage of nonlinear film of Hall at high magnetic field, improve the measurement accuracy, while H coil measurement eliminates human factors, from the principle, the data achieved by such measurement method is <standard measurement data>.
