Auto Turret Digital Micro Vickers Hardness Tester with Dual Imaging System (HVD-5APS)
The third new-type digital micro hardness tester is the high technology product integrated with optics, mechanics
and electricity. The machine with beautiful design, stable functions and simple operation adopts fine mechanic
technique and photoelectricity technique.
Main functions and features:
1. Built in dual imaging system, the machine can be connected with computer just through one data line. Used
the optional purchase accessories image analysis software to analyzing the physical and chemical properties
of the material.
2. The independent research and development of lifting system and positioning system, ensured the accuracy and
repeatedly of the testing process.
3. The optical system designed by senior optical engineer (who worked in the Shanghai Optics And Fine Mechanics
Institute, Chinese Academy of Science) not only meet the definition of hardness testing requirements, but also can
observe the microstructure of the material.
4. With Vickers hardness and Knoop hardness testing capabilities.
5. Testing method, testing power and duration time can be displayed directly on the LCD screen.
6. The hardness value can be displayed directly by entering the indentation diagonal length and avoid the
complication of the look-up table.
7. According to different visual habits of the operators, the strength of the light source can be adjusted. To avoid
the visual fatigue for long time operation.
8. The testing data able to be printed directly by the built-in printer.
