Manual Turret Digital Micro Hardness Tester (HVS-1000)

The third new-type digital micro hardness tester is the high-technology product integrated with optics, mechanics and electricity. The machine with beautiful design, stable functions and simple operation adopts fine mechanic technique and photoelectricity technique. The machine uses computer software programming and optical measurement system and can choose the Vickers and Knoop hardness measurement, which can adjust the strength of measuring light sources and choose duration time. LCD screen can display testing method and testing power. The machine can measure the length of indentation and the times and the hardness value can convert mutually. The screen directly reads out the hardness value to avoid the complication of the look-up table. It is easy to use and with high accuracy and built-in printer able to directly print the testing data. The machine can connect computer through CCD and make various analysis of pictures through hardness software. It is the ideal hardness testing equipment for scientific research institutions, enterprises and quality inspection departments to research and test.
