Model HVD Series program-controlled and digital Vickers hardness testers have six models: respectively for 10 kg manual and automatic rotary turret Vicker's hardness tester, 30 kg manual and automatic rotary turret Vicker's hardness tester, 50 kg manual and automatic rotary turret Vickers's Hardness tester, using computer software controls,the high magnification optical measurement system and photoelectric sensor technology to implement the conversion of D type measuring equipment and indenter automatically,by the software input,the strong or weak of the light source regulating automatically and choosing Vckers's and Knoop's testing method,dwell time,document number and storage etc.,Offers a variety of hardness values' conversion table for reference,In large-screen LCD screen can display test methods , test force, and measuring length of indentation, hardness value, test dwell time, measuring number and also input year,month,date, result and data handling etc.,outputed by the printer .

The tester is widely used,it is designed for testing micro, thin samples or parts after surface coatng and general mechanical part. Microscopic Vickers hardness test is better for material microstructure and brittle hardness measurement.this is an ideal hardness testing instrument for research or measuring purposes for research institutes, factories labs and QC departments.
