HMT-JK series digital temperature control meter

Operation Instruction.

The HMT-JK series digital temperature control meter can connection 8 road sensor and control 8 road temperature at one time. It is advantage for connection at scene.

Main technical standard.

1) Input: Thermocouple: K ,J ,S ,E .

2) Display precision: superior to 0.5 degree.

3) Control method: ON/OFF drop in level control, PID control.

4) Output method: 7A relay(suggest blow 1A ).

The face have 8 displays, difference use show every single road measured value every one time.It has a radix point right LED every display, the radix point is turning on, this way has control output. The radix point is turning off, this way hasn’t control output.

When the sensor is not connected,it display “HH”.

1,Set the temperatue parameter for each channel: Press the key enter into the first channel menu parameter, press the or key to Decreases or Increases the parameter value, finish setting , then press will set the next channel. If within 10 seconds do not press every key then it will automatically preserve and return out.

2,Set the system parameter: Press the key enter into system parameter menu, it first displays the parameter name ,wait for a while,the parameter can be changed.In this time code and parameter value will alternate display, press the or to Decreases or Increases the parameter value. when the setting finished, press key will enter into the next parameter setting. Use the same idea to set other parameter. If within 10 seconds do not press every key then it will automatically preserve and return out.

Channel parameter setting:

Press the key to the channel you want to set,then press key to set channel prarmeter“Sc,P,I,D,AT”.

1) Sc

Input shift parameter Sc

Parameter Sc is used to make input shift to compensate the error produced by sensor or input signal itself. For thermocouple input, parameter Sc is used to correct reference junction compensation error.The instrument itself will not produce error after a long time used, because the technology of digital calibration is used in the instrument to substitute potentiometer of bad stability, and the function of automatic zero modulation will guarantee no zero drift produced in the instrument.

Parameter "Sc" is used to make input shift to compensate the error produced by measurement. For example, provided input signal keep unchanged, if when parameter "Sc" is set to 0.0°C, the temperature measurement of the instrument is 500.0°C, then when parameter "Sc" is set to 10.0°C, the temperature measurement display will be 510.0°C.

Instruments are all calibrated before delivering, and so the default value of parameter "Sc" is zero. Only adjust this parameter when recalibration of measurement is necessary.

2)PID

P=0,close PID control,and start the ON/OFF control,P≠0, start PID control,and is no use.

3) Auto turning

Ater the P,I,D is auto turning, =0,close the auto turning, =1 start the auto turning
