1.Technical characteristics.
It overcomes the problem of the stability of the tested light source.
But there still exists the following unsolvable problems:
The incident angle of the measured principle light to the detector was strictly limited by CIE 70-1987. It will lead to a very long dark room space. It will be very difficult to measure the small and low intensity level light sources at such a long distance for sensitivity of the photometer.
The larger view angle of the detector will be very difficult to avoid the incidence of stray light.
