Instrument Features:
1. The instrument uses double closed-loop motion control.
2. The motor has precise positioning performance when in high-speed movement.
3. Using the developed embedded modules improves the motor's speed accordingly.
4. Simplify the interface of the instrument and the PC mechine which are linked by USB and S-video cable.
5. With granite platform looks simple and generous.
6. The surface light is formed by 24 independent group light. Each group is drived by constant current source and 200-step continuously variable.
7. Combied with our company-specific CNC software will greatly enhanced the efficiency of measurement.
