Introduction:
The CRS200 can be used to various types of the diesel pump test benches. It tests the common rail injection system. The repair tester for common rail system simulates the outputs of an Engine Control signal, of which the parameters can be set by users to drive a common rail high pressure pump and up to six injectors.
It can test the following CRS systems:
BOSCH CP1-H, BOSCH CP1-K, BOSCH CP2, DENSO HP2, DENSO HP3, DELPHI, SIEMENS.

Main characters and functions:
A standard diesel high pressure injection pump test bench with a CR system tester wills achieve most tasks for repairing a CR system and the components. The design features are as the followings:
1. Modulated driving signal to ensure the safety of the solenoids of the CR pump and injectors.
2. The CR pump load and rail pressure are adjusted by setting the duty cycle of the pump driving signal.
3. Set oil pump driving signal duty factor, adjust high-pressure pump's load and oil rail pressure.
4. The fuel injection quantities are adjusted by setting the pulse width of the injector driving signal. Fuel injection frequencies are also user adjustable.
5. Rail pressure is monitored on the LCD screen.
6. Checking of the Common Rail pump's pressure regulator valve performance
7. Checking of the rail pressure sensor performance.
8. Checking of the safety pressure regulator valve performance.
9. Checking the oil distribution of the Common Rail Injector.
10. Checking the oil return of the Common Rail Injector.
11 Check the uniformity of the Common Rail Injector.
12. Short circuit protection for the output circuitry of solenoid driving signal.
13. Has the over load protection function, when the rail pressure reached 1500bar, it will stop automatically.
