Fuel flow meter «PORT-1/GPS», Digital Fuel Meter (external device of communication to PC - USB cabel-adapter PORT)

Consists from:

• GFC "PORT-1" (the gauge of fuel consumption);
• Controller of fuel flow meter "PORT-1";
• The assembly complete set (food wires, hoses, nuts, unions)

GFC "PORT-1" – the electromechanical device – is built in fuel system of a diesel engine, forms and transmits a signal defined by fuel consumption in the Controller of fuel flow meter "PORT-1".

Controller of fuel flow meter "PORT-1" – the electronic device – which is established in a car cabin, vessel cabin etc., accepts and processes a signal from the fuel consumption gage and as stores the received information.

Each gage of fuel consumption is calibrated, the given calibrations (checking) are brought in the controller program, therefore to each gage of fuel consumption there corresponds the unique controller.

Versions "PORT-1/GPS" has following differences from PORT-1/Base:

• the controller (GPS - controller) is completed with the GPS-receiver allowing to define vehicle at any moment by means of global system of positioning (GPS) and possesses the expanded functionality;
• the display unit and managements of the controller (input correction coefficient, installation of a limit of instant fuel consumption) serves the personal computer (personal computer);
• data exchange between the controller and the personal computer is made by means of wire (cable) of a sis-theme of communication;
• the data is processed by means of the applied software, on the personal computer screen in a graphic and text kind.

Controller "PORT-1/GPS" writes down and stores in memory following parameters (1 point of record):

• the general fuel consumption, l;
• an engine operating time, hour;
• current fuel consumption, l/hour (km l/100);
• current speed, km/hour;
• vehicle run, km;
• current coordinates (the location, a route).

All data registers in no erasable non-volatile memory of the controller with periodicity from 5 seconds, depending on requirements of the customer. The memory size allows to store 250 000 points of record is corresponds to 170 days of continuous work of the car at frequency of record 1 minute

At information storage in the controller the principle of rotation of the data is used – i.e. always stored last 250000 points of record. The data which has been saved up by the controller, is transferred to the personal computer of the operator by means of wire communication (cable) for processing and the analysis.

After carrying over of the data to the personal computer, they are processed by means of corresponding program and displayed on the computer screen in a graphic and text kind. The customers receive the entire account for all trip or for some chosen time interval and can see a vehicle route on an electronic maps.

APPOINTMENT

Systems of the account of a series "PORT-1" are intended for measurement of the valid expense diesel that in the range from 1,5 to 100 Liter/hour and can be established practically on all kinds diesel techniques. Possibility of installation of a flow meter is defined by technical parameters of a diesel engine: Max. value of consumption of fuel – to 100 Liter/hour and a design of fuel system of a diesel engine – is necessary presence the fuel pump of a high pressure.

FUNCTIONALITY

Realization of the account and control of fuel consumption by diesel cars, for the purpose of prevention not-proved the over-expenditure and no-purpose use of diesel fuel.

The basic consumers of production are the agriculture enterprises, Transport companies, a railway transportation, a sailing charter, etc.

Systems of the account of a series "PORT-1" are developed and made in several versions, technically and functionally:

• "PORT-1/base" - Data read-out visually - monitor "PORT"
• "PORT-1/PC" - Data read-out through a cable-adapter in the computer (the program "Generator of reports")
• "PORT-1/R" - Data read-out on a radio channel in the computer (the program "Generator of reports")
• "PORT-1/GPS" – Data (Fuel consumption, GPS-data) read-out through a cable-adapter in the computer (the program "Generator of reports")
• "PORT-1/R/GPS" - Data (Fuel consumption, GPS-data) read-out on a radio channel in the computer (the program "Generator of reports")
• "PORT-1/GSM/GPS" - Data (Fuel consumption, GPS-data) read-out by means of cellular communication on server "PORT" connected to a network the Internet, on-line and then in the local computer (the program "Generator of reports")
• "PORT-1/GSM/GPS/GLONASS " - Data (Fuel consumption, GPS/GLONASS-data) read-out by means of cellular communication on server "PORT" connected to a network the Internet, on-line and then in the local computer (the program "Generator of reports")

Account systems allow to receive a detailed picture about current fuel consumption, about fuel consumption for the chosen time interval (hour, day, change, month, …), about full fuel consumption of techniques, about a movement route to transfer the data on a wireless communication, including on-line, to the terminal (computer) of the consumer and some other functions.

COMPLETENESS
All versions flow meters "PORT-1" are completed with the complete set of assembly parts (food wires, hoses, nuts, unions) for installation of the gage of fuel consumption on a diesel engine, the complete set of cables of the necessary length, the corresponding software, full engineering specifications to installation with connection schemes on various technicians, adjustment and operation.

PROTECTION
In all versions of systems "PORT-1" it is provided both mechanical, and electronic protection against unapproved intervention in work.
