1.Summaries
This equipment is stationary, universal magnetic particle flaw detector with the respective machine and electricity and multifunction. It applies to test the crackle or different kinds of slight defect caused by casting, forging, quenching, processing, tiring and so on on the surface and near surface of small-sized spares made of ferromagnetic materials by wet method.
This machine adopts the import PLC to have centralized-control, the stereoscopic magnetization can form the compound magnetizing field on the workpiece and show omnibearing magnetic particle indication in one single operation; the AC with the phase controlled circuit breaker, and it has the good residual magnetism stabilization and high efficiency ; we can draw up the corresponding semi-automatic procedure according to the technological requirements of the workpiece, can continuously achieve the series of actions such as clamping, moving the coil, turning the workpiece, spraying the suspension, demagnetizing, relaxing and so on, and provide the parting-operation button for these actions. This equipment has the advantages of simple operation, convenient use, high test sensitivity and so on.
