Explosion-proof electric connect point pressure meter

Explosion-proof electric connect point pressure meter is designed based on the prescribe and the standard of GB3836.1 83(the currency request of using explosion-proof electric equipment in explosion-proof environment) and GB3836.2 83(use explosion-proof equipment flameproof electrical apparatus in the explosion-proof environment “d”). And produce based on the picture and technology which is agreed by the country appointed checking organization.

The explosion-proof class of the instrument is 2 flameproof B class T4 group, its sign is Exd2 BT4.

The instrument is used to measure the pressure of the no crystallization, no solidification explosion mixture or other no volatile medium in the explosion hazard environment.

Instrument can reach the purpose of automatic control and set a signal(alarm) after equipped with the electric devices which has the explosion-proof capability or adopt correspond safety method.

Configuration theory

Instrument consist of flameproof enclosure, measuring system, electric connect point group, adjust

device and outlet box etc. the flameproof enclosure of the instrument has good flameproof capability, so at the normal working process, it can bear the explosion pressure that is arosed by the explosion gas mixture inside, and also can prevent the heat energy to spread, only can spread in the minim aperture of the flameproof joint because of the function of the light and electric-arc. At this time, the temperature is lower than flameproof gas mixture’s burning point, so it will not cause explosion.

Instrument’s working principle base on the elasticity distortion of the detecting element(spring pipe of the measuring system), and reach the purpose of the automatic control alarm and locale indicator by the mechanical drive to drive the contact of the electric connect point group to bring correspond action( close or opening).
