1. Application and characteristics
Model SDJ-I Electric Three Speed Equivalent Strain Direct Shearing Apparatus is improved on the base of SJ-I hand-operated direct shearing apparatus. It solves the disadvantages, such as not easy for controlling when hand shaking; the reading is not correct, and so on. It gets the all gears of shearing speed through wheel gearing with electric instead of hand-operated. It has the characteristics, such as compact structure, smart, easy-operating, test reliable, and so on. It is a ideal shearing apparatus for determining the shearing strength of soil.
2. structure
It is mainly consists of EDJ-II shearing part and electric gearing part on the other end of the electrical gearing part.
The motor is adopting ST-12 small synchronous motor. It has the characteristics of stabile rotation and good constancy. It is droved by the motor. It gets the all levels rotating speed after gearing and transmits to the pushing base. The speed is controlled by the gearing handle on the side. It has three positions of left, middle and right. It is on the neutral position when the wheels are not meshed. It is for adjusting the space of the instrument and hand-operated shearing. There is a travel switch in front of the shearing box, it is for controlling the shearing displacement. The displacement could be adjusted by yourself (it is set to 6mm when leaving the factory). It has the function of protecting the proving ring at the mean while.
