Dumbbell type Making Specimen Machine

1 Application

It is applied to make all kinds of standard specimen from nonmetallic pipes or sheets. The cutting tools is durable, the specimen edge is smooth, no burr, no crumbs, etc.

2 Satisfied Standard

1. The dumbbell type specimens meets GB/T1040-92 “Plastic tensile properties test method".
2. The dumbbell type specimens meets GB/T 8804.1-2001 "thermoplastic plastic pipe--tensile performance measurement part 1: test method general provisions .
3. The dumbbell type specimens meets GB/T 8804.2-2001 " thermoplastic plastic pipe--tensile performance measurement part 2: hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U), chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (PVC-C) and high blunt polyvinyl chloride (PVC-H1) pipe" provisions.
4. The dumbbell type specimens meets GB/T 8804.3-2001 "thermoplastic plastic pipe--tensile performance measurement part 3: Polyolefin pipe provisions .
5. The Vicat specimens whose thickness is more than 6 mm meets

GB8802-2001 "hard polyvinyl chloride (PVC-U) pipes and pipe fittings Vicat softening temperature measuring method" and GB1633-2000 "the thermoplastic softening point (d card) test method" regulation.

6. The thermal deformation specimens meet GB 1634-79 "plastic bending load the heat distortion temperature (hereinafter referred to as the heat distortion temperature) test method".

7. The overall length of the strip specimens is not more than 170mm, the width is between 16 and 30mm, the thickness is between 3 and 25mm.

8. The specimens of other shapes according to users’ requirement.

9. It can make rectangular aluminum, magnesium and its alloy products samples which meets "GB/T 16865-1997" provisions and its thickness is between is 3 and 10 mm, expect plastic specimens.

4 Products structure

4.1 Products structure

ZYJ-1Dumbbell type Making Sample Machine appearance schemes as follow figure 4.1. This machine consists of body, working platform, cutting tool, motor, gear reducer, fixture frame, sample preparation, modeling screw nuts, the handwheel and aspiration equipment etc. Complete the whole sample preparation process by mechanical, effect of making specimens is not suffered from the influence of artificial replacement.

4.2 Components Explanation

[HOST CASE]: The inner is equipped with motor, belt, reducer, etc.

[WORKBENCH]: It can be put a little specimens. We should maintain mesa clean when we don’t use it.

[CUTTING TOOL]: It is restructured by standard milling cutter.

[MOTOR]: It provides energy for cutting tool motion. If you want to install a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner energy is provided by a single motor.

[RECUCER]: It makes cutting tools gain need energy through reducing the speed transmission.

[FIXTURE FRAME]: It consists of slipperiness, screw, guide pin, fixture frame flat, push rod shaft, clamp pressure seat, push rod, clamp screw, sample fixture, sample fixture support plate, fixture frame dampers etc. Each block is fastened by the screw. When role in the fixture frame horizontal or vertical one side are linear power transmission, the whole fixture frame along the direction of the force generated displacement. Figure 4.2 shows the longitudinal cutting figure.

[MAKING SPECIMENS MODEL]:Making specimens template. See schematic diagram 4.3.

[FEED SCREW NUT]: It achieves the feed movement, and self- locking.

[HANDWHEEL]: It is convenient to make force.

[DUST EXHAUST APPARATUS]It is installed near the cutting tool .This device can work as long as connect the handle socket and the vacuum cleaner which matches joint. It is used to suck the scraps, keep working environment clean. When we don’t use it, we should take it down. We can also clean desktop and ground according to the needs of different users.
