1 Application
It is applied to make all kinds of standard specimen from nonmetallic pipes or sheets. The cutting tools is durable, the specimen edge is smooth, no burr, no crumbs, etc.

4 Products structure
4.1 Products structure
ZYJ-1Dumbbell type Making Sample Machine appearance schemes as follow figure 4.1. This machine consists of body, working platform, cutting tool, motor, gear reducer, fixture frame, sample preparation, modeling screw nuts, the handwheel and aspiration equipment etc. Complete the whole sample preparation process by mechanical, effect of making specimens is not suffered from the influence of artificial replacement.

4.2 Components Explanation
[HOST CASE]: The inner is equipped with motor, belt, reducer, etc.
[WORKBENCH]: It can be put a little specimens. We should maintain mesa clean when we don’t use it.
[CUTTING TOOL]: It is restructured by standard milling cutter.
[MOTOR]: It provides energy for cutting tool motion. If you want to install a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner energy is provided by a single motor.
[RECUCER]: It makes cutting tools gain need energy through reducing the speed transmission.
[FIXTURE FRAME]: It consists of slipperiness, screw, guide pin, fixture frame flat, push rod shaft, clamp pressure seat, push rod, clamp screw, sample fixture, sample fixture support plate, fixture frame dampers etc. Each block is fastened by the screw. When role in the fixture frame horizontal or vertical one side are linear power transmission, the whole fixture frame along the direction of the force generated displacement. Figure 4.2 shows the longitudinal cutting figure.

It is used to suck the scraps, keep working environment clean. When we don’t use it, we should take it down. We can also clean desktop and ground according to the needs of different users.
