[ASIC Interpolator]ASIC Interpolator is built-in inside the GS Series Glass grating linear transducer to facilitate increased resolution of the grating .All frequency multiplication is implemented 100% by hardware phase shifting inside the ASIC interpolator to minimize the real time measurement error. Because all resistor ladders for phase shifting are constructed with same piece of Semiconductor inside the ASIC which have same temperature coefficient. therefore. Error drift caused by environmental temperature change is minimized.

[Industrial Standard Output Signal Interface]The industrial standard TTL &RS-422-A digital signal output are available for user's choice User can choose the most suitable signal inter face according to their cost, power & EMI requirements. ES-10 Series Digital Readout Cabinet

The ES-10 series is the lastest full function readout cabinet series from Easson launched on year 2005.The principal design philosophy of ES-10 is to provide the highest noise immunity readout cabinet in the market. By using our lastest state of the Art .high speed low poseur Asic core, ES-10 implements 3 AXES 24 bit real time hardware counting operation for linear encoders.

ES-10 using the lastest 3.3V low voltage logic in all logic operation for low power consumption, and high reliability.

ES-10 provides right to the point application specific functions for various types of general and specislised machines to achieve the highest possible machining accuracy and efficiency

There are six professional models in the ES-10 series covering wide range of machine applications; they are will, borer, grinder, lathe, EDM& wirecut respectively.

[High noise immunity & (EMC )design]Stages noise filter is used in ES-10 for transducer signals input noise filtering which offer very wise frequency bandwidth (1 KHz-1000MHz) noise attenuation.
Extreme careful PCB and component layout that strictly follows all known rules to achieve highest possible poise immunity and EME performance.
Linear power supply is used in to ensure highest possible performance in noise immunity to the electrical source.

[High Durability Switch Membrane]The Autotex series polyester film from UK'S AUTOTYEP Ltd.is used as the key membrane of ES-10 Autotex polyester film is known as the highest quality, highest specification membrane film available almong the membrane switch manufacturing industry.
Autotex film offer excellent chemical resistance to most commonly used industry solvent and excellent switch life. Switch life of expected to be minimum 100,000times.

[Robust Casing, Chromium Plated Panel]The front plate of the ES-10is built by an 1.5mm thickness electroplated steel, the back cove is built by 3.5mm thickness high strength ABS plastic injection case to provide a high quality robust casing. Front panel is chromium plated for easy cleaning.

[Ultra Low Temperature Rise Transformer]To reduce the total heat generation inside the ES in order to obtain long working life .An ultra low temperature rise transformer that construct with very high permeability iron core (the Z11 series iron core of which the permeability is 18,000 gauss)is used, which effectively bring temperature rise to only about 5'c.

[Non linear error compensation]In the application where very high accuracy is essential, such as grinding machine, boring machine, measuring is instrument and etc. It is very costly and also very difficult to built the machine body to achieve the required micron grade accuracy.
ES-8 offer a cost effective way to improve the display accuracy by non-linear error compensation. The non-linear error compensation function of
ES-8 is very similar to the non-linear error compensation that commonly found is CNC machine controller.

[Vibration filtering function]High accuracy and high resolution (1um) display are essential for grinder application. However, under the high resolution display, the last digit display may keep toggling caused by the vibration of the machine during the machining process, especially in large grinder.
The innovative virbration filtering function can filter the display toggles to obtain a more comfortable readings, and hence reduces human mistake.
