Application and Feature

This product used in accurate measuring all kinds of textile, wrapper, carpet, paper’s thickness. It is has the feature of easy use, reading intuitive, convenient to carry, wide range usage, etc.

Qualification

1. Measuring range: 0.01mm~10mm

2. Measuring accuracy: 0.01mm

Instructions

1. calibration: before measuring, press down the button pole and use soft cloth or lens paper to wipe up the two measuring plane. Take hold of the table frame vertically, put down the button pole, let the two measuring plane contact naturally, observe if the big pointer of dialgauge aim at zero, if excursion, please rotate table outside, let the big pointer aim at zero.
2. measuring: press down the button pole, put the analyte between the two measuring plane, hold of the table frame vertically, loosen the button pole, let the dialgauge pole follow down naturally, and then you can measure the thickness of material.
3. reading: each small division is 0.01mm, when measure the thickness of material that is less than 1mm, take the numerical value for the big pointer point directly. If the big pointer point at 40, that is 0.4mm; if the thickness of analyte is more than 1mm, reading is about to see the big pointer number, plus small pointer’s integer (each division of small pointer is 1mm). If big pointer point at 45, small pointer point between 1 and 2, the actual thickness of material is 1.45mm.

In order to avoid measurement error, the dialgauge and level must vertically, don’t measure aslantl when measurin .
