Density analyzer for liquefied petroleum gas is produced in accordance with national standard ISO3993, taking American standard ASTMD1657, British standard IP 235, and Japanese standard JISK 2558 as reference.
The analyzer is used for measuring the density and relative density of liquefied petroleum gas and light hydrocarbon with vapor pressure no more than 1.4MPa (absolute pressure is 1.5MPa).
For the density meter, the standard temperature shall be 20 or 15. For relative density, the standard temperature is mostly 15.56. The pressure vessel of the analyzer has a structure comprising of hydraulic oil synthetic rubber and metal flange at both ends, a pedestal at the bottom end and a pressure cylinder clamped with 6 bolts. The vessel is equipped with pressure gauge and exhaust needle valve at the upper end, while LPG inlet and outlet needle valve at the lower end.
