Application:

DW-2000 Computerized Torsion Testing Machine is designed for conducting torsion and twist tests on various metal wires, tubes and steel materials. Torque measurement is by torque transducer while angle of twist is measured by photoelectrical coder. Torque range can be adjusted and torque is applied to specimen by servo motor and cycloid speed reducer and controlled by PC. The software is used for control, data acquisition and analysis. The curve of angle of twist to torque, load speed and peak of torque are dynamically displayed by the software on PC.

2 High-precision torque transducer to determine torque clockwise and counterclockwise;

3 Photoelectrical coder to measure angle of twist and mounted on output shaft to ensure the reality and validity of displayed angle of twist;

4 Data acquisition and analysis system on PC to process signals from torque transducer and photoelectrical coder and to display processed information on PC;
