4.1 Measurement function
Measure positive direction active energy and reversed direction active energy,and store data.
Measure sensibility and compatibility reactive total energy and store data.
Measure ABC three phase active total quantity of electricity and store data.
Measure ABC three phase reversed direction active total quantity of electricity and store data.
