With features of beautiful appearance,easy operating, lightweight and flexible,this temperature controller is the ideal experimental equipment to control the electric furnace and electric heating mantle to do the precise temperature control heating test.It is the alternative products of heavy coil regulator and it adopts high power thyristor to control the voltage,so it can make the heater control the heating under 0-220v.Behind the temperature controller there is a wiring socket to plug the electric contact thermometer.In the temperature controller there is a middle relay.Connecting the thermometer with the plug and then inserting the electric contact thermometer into the container,the two lines in the thermometer will be connected together to cut off the relay when the temperature reaches the setting value.The relay will close when the temperature decreases.This process is repeated,and then adjust the voltage to make the temperature more accurate.

Usage

Connect to the power supply.Plug the power line of the controlled heater into the socket behind the temperature controller.Switch 1 is the power switch,switch 2 is the choosing switch of direct heating and temperature adjustment.For the first time to heat ,the heated container should choose direct heating to heat quickly.When it approach the demanded temperature, adjust the switch to temperature adjustment,then adjust the temperature adjustment button.Make the solution in the container heated under the constant voltage according to the voltage and the brightness of the red light.
