DTSY5558 three phase electronic prepayment watt-hour meter adopts micro-electronic technology, it has high precision and low power consumption, the performance can complies with IEC 61036.
It adopts large-scale integration (LSI) and surface mounting technology (SMT), the main components use international famous brand, so the meter has high reliability and long service life. The meter case uses fire-resistant ABS material, and the structure of the meter is air-proofed. Single-chip processing system in the module responsible for the data operation.
The purpose of developing this meter is controlling electricity consumption. Users should purchase the electricity enable the meter running. The meter can remind the user to purchase the electricity by alarm when the electricity remained is limited, and switch off the power supply automatically when the electricity use up. It’s also able to limit maximal consuming power. Each meter match with one memory card, and the meter can exchange the data with card bi-directionally through the card read device. User won’t lose electricity even he lost the user card, because a renewed card is acceptable.

5. Working principles
The meter collects voltage signals from the potentiometer. The current signals collected from the shunt to get multiplying signals through multiplication device, and after frequency converting, get counting pulses, which is in direct ratio with the product of voltage and current.
The counting pulses of electric energy will be sent to CPU for processing through electro-coupling, and be stored in nonvolatile EEPROM after operation. These pulses and information from IC card that been stored with some volume of electricity and data of supervisory demands will be processed by micro processing system in the meter then provide signals of display, warning and cutting-off state etc.

7. Connection Diagram
The meter must be connected according to connection diagram curve in the meter. It is required to tighten the screws and well connect the conducting plate in the terminal block. For CT operated meter, the actual volume of electric energy shall be the reading indicated by the meter multiplying the CT ratio.
