Introduction:
GJT-F series metal detector is specially designed to detect tramp metal from magnetic materials on the conveyor belt. It is widely used in ferrous metal mine, non-ferrous metal mine, iron making plant, sintering plant and so on. GJT-F series metal detector can efficiently repress the “Material Effect” of magnetic minerals with lower 70%. It can also be used to detect the tramp metal from non-magnetic materials on the conveyor belt.
Working principle:
When the metal gets into the sensor electromagnetic field, some changing signals are generated, and the metal detector can detect them. Then the metal detector can process the signals with electronic technology and drive the executing device (switches of motor) to stop the belt conveyor so that the operator can pick the harmful metal out manually.
Timing function: The electric relay will be delayed released after actuation, and the time will be between 1~10 seconds.
Output control: One pair of the connection points of the electric relay is normally open, while the other pair is normally closed.
