1 Product performance characteristics
This tester adopt Taiwan servo speed regulation system, and adopting advanced chip integration technology, professional design data collection of amplifier and control system, test force and displacement, A/D conversion process realizes the full digital adjustment. This machine is mainly used for various springs and steam spring using conventional mechanical performance index test, The control software can achieve automatically deriving spring required technical index, normal data, can automatically calculate test process any designated point of force, stress, displacement and deformation of the data. It also can be used to measure the height of the spring load, the designated elastic coefficient, and circle height parameters. The computer control system of the test process control and data processing meet the corresponding metal material and nonmetallic material of the national standard. Professional design of automatic control and data acquisition system realized the data acquisition and control process of digital adjustment.
