Ceramic Pressure Transmitters 130C(I)

Based on thick-film ceramic technology, BCM model 130C ceramic pressure transmitter is designed for use in applications which deal with corrosive pressure media and require high accuracy. The pressure diaphragm of this transmitter is made from ceramic (Al2O3) material, while its wetted parts are made from either 316L stainless steel, or PVDF which possesses a higher degree of resistance against chemical corrosion.


130C transmitters are manufactured to be able to measure either gauge pressure (G) or absolute pressure (A). Two types of procession connections are available for 130C transmitters: inner cavity type (type I) and semi-flush type (type II). Type I can be used to measure gases or dilute liquids, while type II can measure viscous fluids or fluids with grains.


The output signals of 130C pressure transmitters are configured to meet the need of different controllers used in industrial automation processes, including 4~20 mA, 0~5 V and 0~10V. With 130C one can obtain 0.25 %fso accuracy in measurement with long-term stability better than 0.15 %fso/year. The zero thermal drift is less than 0.04 %fso/°C, while the sensitivity thermal drift is 0.02 %fso/°C over the whole operating temperature range.
