Our Cooled Incubators are ideal for BOD incubation testing or for crystallography. As B.O.D Incubators our incubator units are designed to meet APHA specifications for Biochemical Oxygen Demand (B.O.D) and also equipped with mechanical convection system to ensuring even air distribution, overload protection system, digital temperature controller and safety high & low limit controls.
Our BOD Incubators come in various sizes and capacities such from 36 liters to 1000 liters. These units are ruggedly designed for longer and high quality performance. Our BOD incubators are double walled units and are fully insulated with polyurethane foam for greatly reducing running costs. Outer body is made of high grade M. steel / aluminum sheets, with powder coated finish. The interior part of this unit is made of high grade corrosion resistant stainless steel S.S.304 ensuring excellent stability and long lasting performance.
Depending upon the capacity number of shelves that are providing with these incubator units are 2 or 5, and are made of Anodized Aluminum Sheet or Polished Stainless Steel Sheet. The door is also insulated and made with M.S. Steel and fitted with heavy hinges. We also offer optional high quality tempered Glass Door for easy viewing of samples inside without influencing chamber conditions. For effective cooling we are using ISI marked CFC free refrigerant. These units also feature independent adjustable high / low temperature safety devices with alarm and also equipped with various safeties protection devices such as over current protections and leakage breaker.
