Air shower works as partial clean equipment installed at the partition between the clean room and non-clean rooms to shower the personnel or matters before entering the clean area. This unit helps to remove dust effectively and maintains the normal working status. All our Air Showers are assembled and tested directly in the factory and supplied after hard quality testing. These units are completely microprocessor controlled self contained unit and equipped with air filtration systems, blowers, motors, controls, inter locking doors, lighting and electrical panel. Although we offer air showers in varies sizes and packages, we also provide customized designs meeting your special needs.

The exterior and interior surfaces are completely sealed with materials compatible with class 1/10 clean room construction standards. All the visible surfaces are covered with high-pressure plastic laminate and all interior duct surfaces are covered with plastic laminate, melamine laminate, or other suitable surface coverings.

The doors are made from anodized aluminum and tempered glass used at the entry and exit. To maintain the seal of the clean room envelope door sweeps and heavy duty doors are used. Adjustable nozzles are made form white plastic and sized and spaced to provide on average 7000 FPM air flow at the face of the nozzle.

HEPA filters capable of removing 99.99% of dust particles to 0.3 microns in size. A PLC is used to control the sequence of operation of the air shower. An emergency switch is also located inside the unit. When using this emergency switch, the cycle immediately ends and releases all interlocks. All the locks are automatically set to release upon loss of power or when the emergency switch is pressed.
