Battery-powered Electromagnetic flowmeter

Introduction

MTF-C type battery-powered electromagnetic flowmeter is designed for water industry. In order to meet the urban water supply

and accurate calculations, it is widely used in places without power supply, like industries of urban water supply,

sewage treatment, water conservancy, etc. Its special design of the sensor excitation system and high-performance lithium battery power supply system adopt 16-bit embedded processor with micro-power consumption. It has the features of digital quantity signal processing, stability, high accuracy and strong

anti-interference ability, etc. So it can realize automatic two-way flow measurement, measurement of field transient flow, and display of the positive and negative accumulative

total. It also has the function of self-diagnose alarm and GSM wireless remote transmission. Functions such as wireless remote transmission, storage,

and data analysis can be realized.

Characteristics

1. It will not be affected by the density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and the change of conductivity.

Linear measurement can realize the high-precision measurement.

2. There is no obstruction in measuring pipe. It has small pressure loss and low requirement for straight section.

3. The nominal diameter has a wide range from DN6-DN2000. Multi-choice of the lining and electrode can meet the requirement of measuring various conductive fluid.

4. The converter adopts the programmable frequency and low frequency rectangle wave excitation, which improves

the stability of the flow measurement and reduces the power consumption.

5. The converter adopts 16-bit embedded micro-controller processor with digital processing, high speed operation, strong anti-interference ability, and high accuracy. The measuring range degrees can reach 1500:1.

6. High definition backlight LCD display and all English menu operation make it simple and easy to use and learn.

7. It has the RS485 or RS232 digital communication signal output.

8. It has the function of measuring conductivity, which can distinguish whether the sensor is blank-pipe. It also has the function of self-check and self-diagnosis.

9. It adopts the SMD devices and surface installation (SMT) technology. And the circuit has high reliability.

10. It can be used in the corresponding explosion-proof occasion.
