SAT-AG810 series storage battery comprehensive tester is specifically designed for the maintenance of the lead-acid battery discharge.

Main functions:

• Online monitoring

When the battery string is under the state of online discharge, uniform charge and floating charge, perform real-time on-line monitoring for all cells. The monitoring includes string voltage, cell voltage, charge/discharge current, monitoring time of battery string, charge/discharge capacity of battery string and etc. The user can also monitor the temperature of each cell, so that its better to control the situation of each cell.

• Capacity test

It performs constant current discharge or constant power discharge by the load after the battery string is removed from system. It can display discharge current, battery discharge capacity, battery string and cell voltage, discharge time and etc at real time.

• Quick storage battery capacity test

In the battery string from system after discharge, it just takes 5~20 minutes to measure the actual capacity of all cells, resistance, performance status (normal, backward, deterioration) and etc. It can put forward some suggestions for the maintenance.

It can also test the battery’s internal resistance, estimate the battery’s capacity.

It is the only equipment that has the resistance test function in the products of the same kind.

• Expandability

According to the cells quantity of the battery string, the user can set up the cell quantity discharge. In view of the battery string 48V, it performs 4 battery strings for the on-line monitoring or discharging.

• Safety and reliability

It sets up four conditions to stop discharging when performing capacity-check discharge test:

1) Battery String voltage; 2) Cell voltage; 3) Discharged time; 4) Discharge capacity.

It can also be manually terminated when test is processing.

• No need of manually correcting voltage

Before the test, most testers need to fix the voltage on the market. But this tester doesn’t need to correct the voltage manually. So it can ensure the accuracy of the test.

• Real-time storage data

Save 10 groups of on-line monitoring data, 10 groups of discharge data and 50 groups of storage battery capacity. So the user can query, delete and export the data.

Connect to PC, it can carry out test control directly and real-time monitoring for instrument, meanwhile performs pattern analysis by software on PC.
