1.Performance characteristics
Digital display and temperature control; Temperature control range: room temperature~100°C (without color board). It is equipped with circulating water bath.
2.Applicable standards
BF-19A Copper & Silver Strip Corrosion Tester for Petroleum Products is manufactured as per the standards of GB/T 5096 and ASTM D130. It applies to determine the copper and silver corrosion from petroleum products, the copper corrosion from motor fuels, and the copper corrosion from lubricating grease.
3.Structural characteristics
BF-19A Copper & Silver Strip Corrosion Tester for Petroleum Products consists of the thermostat bath, stirring device, heating
and constant temperature device, condenser, overflow devices,
test bombs and shells, cuvette, and additional water bath.
The thermostat bath is manufactured of stainless steel, corrosion-resistance, anti-oxidation. The bath cover, with 4 holes, can
be linked to the two tests bombs at the same time and six
cuvettes of copper or two suits of cuvettes of silver strip.
The heating method of the thermostat bath is that internally heated tube. Through the platinum resistance sensor,
the digital temperature controller control and display the temperature of bath. In order to speed up the heating rate, the auxiliary heater is necessary.
The apparatus is equipped with a condensing device, which is a cooling system with high efficiency, can enable the
evaporation of water back to the bath, and so minimum
loss caused by evaporation.
