Load cell: With imported or domestic high-precision sensor, it has the features of high precision, stable performance and strong overload resistance, dustproof and waterproof.

Feeding system: Corresponding feeding unit can be selected according to the properties of different materials, and the cycle of batching. The feeding unit can adopt controllable unit or variable frequency control. The feeding speed can be adjusted continuously. By adopting fast material flow cutting-off mechanism, the feeding unit can prevent fine materials from leaking, avoid falling of excessive materials, and ensure high precision of the system.

Auto dedusting: Fully automatic dedusting system, working synchronously with material feeding and discharging, can control dust leakage to the minimum allowable range during operation, which also prevents dust pollution, and ensures the operator's health and saves raw materials.

Controlling instrument for batching: With special imported instrument, it has the features like diversified functions, stable performance, and perfect interface function, facilitating the extension of systematic functions.

Simulating display screen: The operating status of batching unit can be followed up and displayed synchronously during operation, with effect of animation, simple and visual.

Control system: By adopting configuration software for completing system control and data processing function; automatic, semi-automatic, and manual control function; the functions of setting, amending, managing, displaying, and transmitting the formula of different materials, printing and saving the shift number, lot number, date and formula, dynamic and static error self-diagnosis during system work, overweight alarm and other functions.

The batching system has the features like high automaticity, simple operation, friendly human-machine interface, reliable running. Furthermore, the computer can print statements and date, and carry out the control over raw materials.
