1. Applications:
Used on pharmaceutical industry, leakage tests, filter
and status monitoring, gas generation, container
contents measures and laboratory applications, etc. The
MP-SUS & MP-SC are well suited for low-pressure
measurements. Their sensing element is a capsule made
of 2 stainless steel laser-weld diaphragms. The MP-SUS
is used on corrosive gases in a harsh environment. The
MP-SC is used on clean, non-corrosive gases.
