This is a BRAND NEW ROCKWELL "CRUSHER" scale. 100 TON capacity. Deck dimensions are 70 foot x 10 foot. CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE. This is a NTEP certified and legal for trade scale.

WHY BUY A PERMANENT SCALE? If you have a location that you aren't planning on moving from any time soon, then an installed scale is ideal for you. Portable scales cost more because of their steel decking. An installed scale increases your property value. And if you think that you may move at some point in the future, you can make this scale portable by simply pouring the deck in removable sections.

INSTALLATION - These scales are extremely easy to install! All you have to do is pour the foundation and set the scale. Minimal wiring and welding is required. Then pour the aprons and deck and you're finished! Scale can be set and deck poured in as little as 1 day. Buyer assumes responsibility to check their state's requirements for scale foundations! Foundations MUST be level! INSTALLATION IS OFFERED IN SOME STATES FOR ADDITIONAL FEES. WE WILL TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD TO SUPERVISE IN INSTALLATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL $500/DAY. Most installations of a 70 ft. scale, from breaking ground to completion, should not take any more than a week at the most.

WIRING - Wiring is easy! Simply use a short jack to rise the scale sections and place the load cells on the stands with links. Then simply use a line to run the load cell cables through the conduit already installed in the scale. Once at the junction box, each cell has 4 wires to easily connect to a circuit board. From the circuit board you just run a wire to the indicator and it is ready for calibration!

CERTIFICATION - These are NTEP certified scales and legal for trade in America and any country that recognizes N.T.E.P. certifications. A local certified scale technician in your state is required to place the scale into service.

SERVICE - Rockwell Scales has been in business for over 30 years and is a trusted scale company to many. There are several scales we've installed and never had to service, however, they are electronic and electronics sometimes fail. In this case, any certified scale technician can service these scales. Electrical components can be acquired through us, or any load cell company. Your local service tech. should be able to find them without fault, if they don't already have them.
