24VDC Two Sensor Input transmitter - BJ-TS2

BJ-ST temperature transmitters convert the sensor signals to a unified signal, 4 to 20mA signal or FOUNDATION fieldbus. This eliminates the drawbacks of wire resistance and signal noise that are often experienced with conventional temperature instruments, which must be connected by long extension lead wires or three-conductor cables to converters in an instrument panel room.

Variety of sensor inputs

Digital communication
The BRAIN and HART communication protocols are available.
The instrument configuration can be changed by the user with a BT200 terminal or HART communicator.
The temperature transmitter also supports FOUNDATION fieldbus communication protocol.

Self-diagnostics function
Continuous self-diagnostics capability ensures long-term performance and lower cost of ownership.
Dual universal inputs

It can accept two thermocouple, RTD, ohm, or DC milivolt inputs. Differential or average temperature transmitter measurement can be selected. A sensor backup function automatically switches-over from the primary sensor to a backup if the sensor fails.
